An elegant, refined, lively yet supple shiraz that shows all the hallmarks of a cool
climate style wine.
TASTING NOTES
Medium crimson with magenta hue in appearance. This cool climate shiraz displays classic aromatics, bright blue fruits, danish, compote and a touch of cedar. A lovely umami note balances the fruit aromatics beautifully. On the palate this shiraz is lively and dances on the palate. Bright, rich fruits such as blueberry and mulberry are supported by complexing flavours of sandalwood and spice. Bitter chocolate tannins that make the palate feel luxurious, the wine is supple yet has a long line and drive. A supremely elegant cool climate shiraz.
