The Classic Clare Cabernet Sauvignon is produced only in outstanding vintages. The hand harvested fruit was small batch. open fermented, basket pressed and matured in French oak barriques before bottling and maturation.
TASTING NOTES
A powerful yet elegant wine exhibiting layers of flavour and complexity. Red and black currants, plums, and dark cherries flavours mix seamlessly with hints mint, dark chocolate and subtle cedar spice. Fine velvety tannins and French oak maturation provide an impressive structure, soft plush texture and considerable persistence of flavour.
