TASTING NOTES
Palate: A rich and round wine with dark cherry, blackberry and plum fruit flavours, followed by liquorice, dark chocolate and subtle mocha notes. The addition of 5% Adelaide Hills Shiraz provides elegance and hints of cinnamon spice and black pepper. The palate is bright, complex, and vibrant with silky smooth tannins, fine balance and great persistence.
