The 2021 Jack Mann is a rich, sumptuously layered wine with amazing fruit presence, oak complexity and varietal character. The palate is structured with firm, fine grained tannins providing excellent concentration and length.
TASTING NOTES
The 2021 Jack Mann has an intense dark purple appearance with a bright scarlet hue. The bouquet is concentrated with dark forest fruits, black olive and dark chocolate with a subtle overlay of dried herbs. The palate is full and rich with intense power and presence. The Fine-grained tannins are beautifully integrated with the bright fruit and seamless use of high-quality French oak.

"One of the most elegant of any Jack Mann release.....Lovely medium to full bodied fruit on the palate with fine silky tannins and an ample hit of supporting oak. Structurally firm but with expressive elegance."

"Very bright, deep and youthful purple colour; concentrated mulberry/blackcurrant fruit on the nose confirms the variety's identity....This is a very impressive full-bodied cabernet with a bright future"
