Distinction Wines Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Distinction Wines eGift Cards ("Gift Card(s)") on our website, distinctionwines.com.au, and in Accolade Wines Cellar Door locations (as set out in Schedule 1 of these Terms and Conditions). By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to comply with these Terms

1. Redemption of Gift Cards

• Gift Cards can be purchased at distinctionwines.com.au or at any Cellar Door operated by Accolade Wines. Once purchased, you will receive an email with the Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards are redeemable online at distinctionwines.com.au or at any Cellar Door operated by Accolade Wines.
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for experiences booked online but can be used at Cellar Door locations to purchase wine only.
• Any remaining balance on the Gift Card after a transaction will be retained on the card and can be used toward future purchases until the expiry date.

2. Expiry Date

• Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of purchase. Upon expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the Gift Card will no longer be redeemable.

3. Purchasing Gift Cards

• Gift Cards are available for purchase on distinctionwines.com.au.
• Gift Cards cannot be purchased with store credit.
• Gift Cards are final sale items and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash, except as required by law.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards are excluded from any loyalty discounts or promotional discounts.
• Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• Gift Cards cannot be used at an ATM or to take cash out at a retailer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards

• Distinction Wines and Accolade Wines are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced, and any balance on the card will be forfeited.

6. Balance Inquiry

• To check your Gift Card balance, please contact customer support at support@distinctionwines.com.au or inquire at any Accolade Wines Cellar Door location.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Distinction Wines reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the Terms will be available on distinctionwines.com.au.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
