What is the vintage of a particular wine?

On some products unfortunately it is not always possible to guarantee the exact vintage you will receive when ordering.

So, in order to avoid causing confusion for our customers we do not always specify the vintage for wines where we cannot guarantee the vintage.

We can advise on the most likely vintage you will receive, however, currently it is not possible for us to guarantee the vintage.

Why is the Welcome Pack a different price?

The Welcome Pack offer is valid for the first 7 days after you join Distinction Wines, after which time the pack is still available to purchase at a higher price.

Special note: limit of one of each ‘Welcome Pack’ per customer.


Can I buy a single bottle? How about a mixed case? 

Sadly, we are unable to sell single bottles.

The extra handling costs of our warehouse team to pick and pack single bottles means it would unfortunately be way too expensive for most people to grab just one bottle.

Most of our wines are sold in pre-packed cases of six bottles so that we can keep your costs down.

On occasions we do very special release three-packs or pre-packed mixed cases, so please keep watch for these when released. They sell out fast!
