History shows that Thomas Hardy first blended grapes from multiple regions in 1865. Hardy believed that blending grapes with different characteristics would complement and enhance the qualities of each region, so began Hardy’s rich blending heritage.

Brimming with aromas of dark fruit, chocolate, bay leaf and lifted violets with a hint of tobacco leaf. PALATE -
Rich and textured with notes of dark fruit, black cherry, cassis with an overlay of olive and bay leaf. Plush and generous with layers of complexity, exhibiting length and detailed tannins alongside subtle oak.
