A vibrant, red wine that ventures away from the traditional varieties and explores a new variety, Tempranillo across the West Australian grape growing climes. The wine is a medium bodied style displaying cherry and red berry fruits with a touch of spice and a savoury finish.
TASTING NOTES
Hands off winemaking techniques were applied to allow the fruit character to truly shine. Mid red with a vibrant cherry red hue. Lifted aromatics of rose petal, cherry, Turkish delight and cola, overlayed with vanilla and coffee spice derived from oaked maturation. Medium bodied palate with vibrant cherry and plum characters, complemented by dark chocolate and mocha notes, the supple and savoury tannins add layers to the texture. The Tempranillo has great concentration and length, a real food wine.
