Bright pale straw in colour, this wine is beautifully balanced with soft acidity and a wonderful persistence of flavour. The palate is softly textured and full-flavoured, displaying sweet stone fruit, nougat and grilled nut complexities.
TASTING NOTES
A Luminous pale straw appearance, this wine has lifted aromatics of nectarine and pink grapefruit with hints of vanillin and toasty oak. Background nuances of grilled hazelnut, brioche and hints of nougat provide complexity. Bright fruit flavours of white peach, nectarine and honeydew melon combine with a juicy acidity on a medium weight, softly textured palate. French oak maturation and lees stirring has added further weight and texture.
