A textured wine with a fine bead with a creamy mousse. Citrus and nectarine dominant, baked apple with a hint of cashew and biscuits.

1 x bottle - Brookland Valley Estate Chardonnay 2023 - Margaret River - The 2023 Brookland Valley Estate Chardonnay has a pale straw colour with tinges of green. The bouquet is intense with bright stone fruit, grapefruit and ginger spice. This is complimented by subtle brioche, flint and nutty characteristics. The palate is medium bodied with a similar primary notes. 1 x bottle - Petaluma Yellow Label Hanlin Hill Riesling 2024 - Clare Valley - The 2024 Hanlin Hill Riesling exhibits an intense nose of lemon citrus with hints of stone fruit. Pithy, freshly squeezed lemon and subtle notes of peach are wrapped around a palate of focused minerality with a persistent finish.

1 x bottle - Grant Burge Holy Trinity GSM 2022 - Barossa Valley – The nose displays raspberry, ginger, orange oil with hints of sweet spice. Sweet and crunchy fruit entry with highly evident red cherry, currants, and hint of cranberry. The sweet spices of juniper, caraway and subtle white pepper, help drive the complexing flavour profile. The tannins are tight and appear slaty to graphite-like with a long fulfilling finish.
