Intense lemon citrus and stone fruits of white peach and nectarine combine with complex notes of flint, nougat and hazelnut. The fresh delicate acidity creates tremendous length and focus.
TASTING NOTES
Region - Coal River Valley 69% Tumbarumba 21% East Coast Tasmania 10% The nose displays bright citrus fruits of lemon and grapefruit, overlay complex brioche like characters. Hints of cashew and subtle gun smoke create layers of interest. Palate - Intense core of stone fruit including white peach and nectarine, intertwine with savoury notes of hazelnut, nougat and flint. The long delicate acidity creates incredible stretch and length to the palate.
