The 2022 Hardys Eileen Hardy Shiraz is a rich, full-bodied wine offering layers of blackberry, dark plum, and spice, with notes of violet, dark chocolate, and licorice framed by fine tannins and balanced acidity. It’s complex yet approachable, with the structure to age gracefully.
TASTING NOTES
Fragrant aromas of violets, mulberries and blue berries with hints of peat, black olive and mocha. Palate - Bright, vibrant rich and thick with fresh dark berry fruit flavours over secondary characters of dark chocolate, licorice and vanillin. The palate is intense, complex, layered with a velvety fine tannin structure and outstanding persistence.
