Tasting Note
Highly aromatic, with lifted violet florals over ripe red and black cherry and blackberry. Subtle notes of cola, vanilla and cinnamon add warmth and complexity.
The palate is plush and fruit-driven, layered with sweet vanilla spice and milk chocolate. Full-bodied with medium acidity and medium tannin, it shows a smooth, balanced structure and a long, lingering finish. A generous and well-rounded Barossa Shiraz.
