TASTING NOTES
Lifted chocolate, plum and spiced bun
are mesmerising and intense. There are
hints of powdered ginger, earth,
caraway and a lick of fresh vanilla that
adds to the overall complexity. An intensely complex wine, elegant and
beautifully textured with firm and
directional tannins, driving a persistent
flow of flavours. Chocolate and earth
characters are carried through to the
finish, which has fantastic drive and
complexity.
