The wine is full-bodied, with a plush, juicy mid-palate, with blackcurrant, cedar and basil notes. There is a tannin-rich, savoury exterior to the wine that holds everything together, with a persistent and lingering finish.
TASTING NOTES
Vibrant violet in appearance with a bright purple hue. The bouquet displays cassis, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf with a hint of graphite lead. The 2016 Corryton Park Cabernet Sauvignon is a combination of excellent fruit sourced from both the Corryton Park vineyard and specially selected complementary parcels from the Barossa Valley floor.
