Leafy fruit lift with bright wintergreen, tarragon, spearmint and a hint of sarsaparilla. Spicy undertones with some green pepper and fresh mint to round a highly complex bouquet.
TASTING NOTES
Mint chocolate ground turmeric, black cherry and cassis flow on the palate. Tight and dense tannin, moderately weighted but powerful flavours. Acid draws the tannins inwards that tensions the palate providing a velvety and dense texture. Finish is long and even with firm but not forced tannins.
