The Holy Trinity is a traditional blend of Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre and Graciano. The fruit for this wine is Barossa grown, predominantly handpicked from old, dry grown vines which range from 35 to 90 years old.
TASTING NOTES
This 2017 release is a blend of 48% Grenache, 37% Shiraz and 15% Mourvèdre. The nose shows chocolate, raspberry, with some cinnamon and pepper notes. Star anise and orange peel provide an extra layer of complexity, showing a slightly old-world style. A richly flavoured and elegant wine, with vibrant flavours of fresh red berry fruit, pomegranate and candied apple, complemented by fine and ripe tannins that run the length of the palate
