The Grant Burge Holy Trinity 2020 is a traditional blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mouvèdre with fruit selected from old dry-grown vines which range from 35 to 100 years old, offering intense yet complex aromas followed by a fine palate with silky tannins and a long and luscious finish.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE- Delightfully complex on the nose with layers of lifted violet and lavender florals, combined with hints of ginger biscuit.
PALATE- Elegant yet complex with a medium bodied palate. Flavours of plums and cherries. Wonderfully balanced, the tannins are soft, silky and mouth coating, with a very fine texture and a long, clean finish.
