From one of the most outstanding vintages in living memory this is a wine of outstanding depth of flavour, complexity and length.
TASTING NOTES
Region - Coonawarra 59%, Frankland River 40%, McLaren Vale 1%. Violet, red and black currants and mulberry with subtle notes of mint, black olive, green peppercorn, dark chocolate and tobacco leaf. An intense and complex wine with impressive cassis and dark berry fruit flavours with bay leaf, licorice, mint fig paste and cigar box. The wine has exquisite balance and impressive length and finished with a substantial amount of extremely fine and soft tannins.
