This cool climate Shiraz displays classic aromatics, bright blue fruits, Danish and blackberry, a touch of cedar with a beautiful white pepper spice uplift, creating inviting aromatics. A lovely umami note helps balance the fruit aromatics. This is a lively Shiraz, exhibiting bright rich fruits, such as blueberry and mulberry entwined with hints of white pepper and spice. Dark chocolate tannins create a luxurious, supple mouth feel that has remarkable persistence of flavour. A supremely elegant cool climate Shiraz.
