Medium Bodied Dry
region Adelaide Hills
vintage 2021
size 750ml

Fresh peach and nectarine flavours, typical of Chardonnay from the Piccadilly Valley are complemented by subtle oak spice and fine creamy texture from time on lees and partial malo-lactic fermentation. Showing restrained elegance on release, the palate will develop further complexity with time in bottle and careful cellaring.

Pale gold in colour, this Chardonnay has complex aromas of fresh peach, nectarine, citrus zest and a hint of flint. Fresh peach and nectarine flavours, typical of Chardonnay from the Piccadilly Valley, are complemented by subtle oak spice and fine creamy texture from time on lees and partial malo-lactic fermentation. An elegant and restrained wine, it finished with a lingering grapefruit pith acid drive and will develop great complexity with age.
